I managed to find quilting inspiration at the Festival of Nations...WOW this Hmong quilt was so pretty! The colors in some of the wood paintings really popped too. Below is Abdikadir in "Somalia" after getting his passport stamped. The gal at the booth welcomed him like an old friend though they had never met. It was really sweet.
