375 Geese Down and Well, Come on In, the Water is Fine!

I set myself a mini goal to try to get 25 geese at a time made everyday if I can squeeze it in.  I am hoping that makes these geese go faster.  I found time on Monday, but none yesterday (seriously, I work three jobs and some weeks I work more hours than others but usually I am out of my house from 10 am to 10 pm!) and I managed to find time today (though seriously I did half of them http://www.joscountryjunction.com/bucket-list-hawaii-sunset-1845/and then later squeezed in the other half!).  So I happy to say that there are 375 down and 225 to go...that is still alot of geese, but I sure am enjoying reading up on others' progress, so in case you want to check out what they are doing with Hawaii Sunset 1845, here are links to their blogs!
It all started with Jo of Jo's Country Junction http://www.joscountryjunction.com/bucket-list-hawaii-sunset-1845/
Then I got on board and I think that helped get Amy of Amy's Passions http://skattebo-skattebo.blogspot.com/2012/09/my-saturday-sewing-after-1st-week-of.html and Angela of SoScrappy joining in the fun!  http://superscrappy.blogspot.com/2012/09/design-wall-monday-september-10-2012.html
Amy brought along Andra of Simplify and Quilt http://simplifyandquilt.blogspot.com/2012/08/preparing-for-hawaii-sunset.html and Angela brought along Theresa from a Quilt and a Prayer http://aquiltandaprayer.blogspot.com/2012/09/design-wall-monday-sept-10-2012.html
I think there is at least one other person who has jumped on this bandwagon with us...and if I knew how to have a linky party I would add it here (note to self, learn!) but hopefully you can see what everyone is up to if you want to :) And it isn't too late to make this fantastic quilt, just look at this beauty!  I see Judy at http://grammasquiltingroom.blogspot.com/2012/09/september-quiltathon.html is doing it too!

Judy (Grandma's Quilting Room: http://grammasquiltingroom.blogspot.com/) is the other recent addition. Great way to plug ahead on those geese! I have 9 sets of 6 done so far. No evening progress lately. School work has been kicking me in the rear. Linky parties are super simple. I use Mr. Linky, but there are others.

Jump in the pool everyone, it's fun in here! I'm quite surprised at how fast the geese fly off the machine. I love how everyone is cheering everyone else on. :) You all are a riot!
Hope you find some time to sew!
