I started sewing the strips together for Night and Day (for Tara and Tommy) and couldn't resist putting the first block up on the design wall to see what it would look like! This block isn't stitched yet, but I am liking it! I have quite a few strips and blocks to go though...I am happy to finally have started this quilt! Off to see a movie with Becky, then back at it!

Love the black white and red! Saw one of these done in a LQS in black, green and gold. She used her scraps to make another smaller piece. I haven't done it yet so I'm not sure what scraps there were. Wish I'd taken a photo. Anyways, great job! And enjoy your movie. :-)

It looks great in Red, White and Black!
Going to be stunning
I love it. You know me, anything red, white and black.
Love your night and day block, Andee what is next for it? When you need a quilt appraiser/historian for your vintage g'ma's quilt, I know just the right local person for you, she appraises for me & is VERY well accredited as a quilt historian.
