Betty's Choice in Pink!

I made Amy and I a pink Betty's Choice this morning!  Trying not to repeat any fabrics in these so they are nice and scrappy.  Linking up to Angela at SoScrappy! for the Rainbow Scrap Challenge.
Here are our first blocks in Blue and Pink!  Really going to be cute when we set them with Amy's connector blocks which look like this:
(picture stolen from Amy's blog!)

I also decided to try a new recipe from our new Skinny Taste cookbook.  This is Crock Pot Chicken Enchilada Soup.  I accidentally bumped the knob and turned it from high to warm...a few hours later I went to refill my coffee and discovered things were lukewarm...UGH!  So it is on high now and will still be ready in plenty of time for dinner.
We are very excited to be meeting my mom and sister and friends tonight for B.A.D. Bingo!  We are celebrating my 75 pound weight loss (which is now at 81.2!) so we are going to have a great time.  It is really hard to get my family to drive our way so this is a special treat.

I made a couple of quilts with the block pattern Betty's Choice. It wasn't called that though and I can't for the life of me remember what it was called. I really like how yours are turning out. Congrats on your weight loss. Great job!

Congrats on 81.5 pounds gone! Great job Andee. Love your blocks and Amy's connectors are really going to set them off great. Hope I didn't distract her too much with that new quilt idea =)

Betty's Choice is a lovely block and should make a beautiful quilt with the alternate blocks.
