Carolina Christmas Clue Six Done!

Need I say more? Well you know I will! Earlier today I cut out border pieces but wasn't really in the mood to sew. Then just before heading to bed with my book I stopped off in the quilting studio to sew just one or two..and then the next thing you know rows were coming together (I had pinned them earlier at June's house!) and then I had Randy make tea because I knew I was going to keep on going! I love how it came out...have been in love with orange since Bonnie did Orange Crush! I am hoping that Hannah likes it because it is for her and her favorite color is purple...she may not be too nuts for the orange, but I guess if she doesn't want it I can keep it! Plan is to work on the borders tomorrow...I got the book and ruler I was waiting for today and I can't wait to start my next project with that. I am a quilting fool! BTW I need to contact a few of my longarmers, because I now have four tops ready to go and this one will be five!

This looks great! I am not a fan of orange, but it looks great as an accent color in this quilt.

I LOVE the last comment..I am almost getting to that point too! Besides, keeping batting stocked in the house has started to be a challenge!

Greens and purples---again, the same as me. Except I'm using black instead of orange---almost done with Step #1 (as leaders-enders). Can't say I'm going to beat ya done with this one!
Enjoy your Sunday sewing! I will!!

It looks terrific, the orange makes it really sparkle, I can't wait to get mine together & I hope I like it as much as yours. I was working on it tonight. I too discovered a love of orange after the Orange Crush, I made two of them for QOV's & it really is a nice pop in a quilt.
I am thinking of quilting the Baptist Fan on mine, I like the way it pulls these scrappy quilts together.

It is beautiful. I love the colors and as has already been stated the orange makes a great accent color. I am an orange lover, my Orange Crush is on the bed in my sewing room.

Wow, it looks fabulous. Another Bonnie Quilt that I never would have attempted had I seen it first, but broken into steps it almost seems manageable. And just look at the end result. Amazing!

A Lori Holt Finish and Showing off the Granddaughters!

Barb did a great job quilting my Lori Holt quilt with I love you hands and hearts.  I love that pattern so much!  I made a matching binding ...
