Riding Down "Easy Street!"

Bonnie's mystery has begun!  Kathy--sewing buddy invited Barb, Becky, Kathy and I over to sew the first clue together.  It was even more fun to be working on the mystery as a group than it it normally is at home.  None of us finished the first clue yesterday while together, but it was fun gabbing and sewing along.  All of us are copying Bonnie's colors this time except for Kathy who has changed it up a bit.  Today at home I finished up Clue one and Kathy is about 30 four patches shy of done.

I also got my box of quilted quilts back from Joanne!  I trimmed them all up and attached the binding on to Coleman's so far.  Also cut up the leftover backing bits into strips for my color coordinated buckets.  Whoot, whoot!

Hope everyone had a Happy Thanksgiving!

Awesome job on getting the first clue done! Sounds like you will be busy sewing binding for quite a while. Perfect timing on getting all those quilts finished up!

I'm waiting for my fabric to come so I could start - I had no white with black fabrics - had a lot of black with white! Just another excuse to buy more.

Lovely four patches. I still cannot seem to make my mind for colours. Glad you had fun sewing with friends. I just had a look at the other mystery quilts you have done. They are beautiful.

Looking good!! I'm actually local, and hoping that I can start getting to PHXMQG meetings soon, so maybe we can actually see the end result of each others mysteries! :)

I really like your 4 patches, this is so much fun seeing the differences in everyone's colors.I think I have about 150 made with only 50 pressed so far. With any luck I will finish them tomorrow night.
